Added a scribed skirt board to carpeted stairs and replaced / added trim to match
Siding Repair
Water-damaged siding replaced with like material according to manufacturer’s instructions, remediation of debris build up which caused damage, partial sill plate replacement, and fresh paint.
Refinishing and Maintenance
Exterior storage container. Clean and sanded to remove debris and natural patina to get to fresh wood, then finished with a mixture of mineral spirits and linseed oil.
Decorative Step
Replaced a free-floating, deteriorating wooden step with a decorative block step. Blocks cut according to radial pattern specified by owner.
Free-Standing Porch Cover
Replaced the existing, deteriorating porch cover with a dimensionally-similar cover. Stained lumber, metal roofing, and raised foundation piers for longevity and aesthetics.
Half-Bathroom Remodel
Removed existing material down to subfloor, with walls left alone. Replaced water-damaged subfloor in preparation for new vinyl-composite tile (VCT) flooring, new toilet, new sink, and new baseboard.
